Our Training Institutes offer not only specialised Repair & Maintenance Welding Training Courses, they also conduct various certified training programmes in line with the knowledge & skill level of individuals, right from the Managers to Welders.

Advance Maintenance Engineers Training Programme (AMET)

This course provides in-depth knowledge of Repair & Maintenance Welding Technology. It offers theoretical and hands-on-training in all aspects of welding processes, covering arc & gas welding, thermal spray systems, cold repair systems, continuous wire welding, welding of ferrous & non-ferrous metals.

It also covers the basics of wear factors related to maintenance, welding metallurgy, welding processes, welding of cast iron & steel, aluminium and copper alloys, welding safety, weld defects, inventory management, decision making on repair or replace the component etc.



Advance Maintenance Welders Training Programme (AMWT)

This training course provides theoretical and hands-on-training in different types of welding processes like arc & gas welding, thermal spray systems, cold repair systems, continuous wire welding, welding of ferrous & non-ferrous metals, safety and industrial applications.

It also includes a practical test in 1G & 2G position (only for certification programme). After clearing the practical test, the participant is rewarded with a certification.



Thermal Spray Training Programme (TSTP)

This course provides theoretical and hands-on-training in all aspects of thermal spray systems. It includes principles of thermal spray process, Rototec process, Eutalloy process, CDS 8000 process, TAFA Arc Spray process & their related industrial applications.



In-Plant Training Programmes

We also conduct batch courses at company premises on Repair & Maintenance for groups. This helps employees who are not able to attend the pre-scheduled courses at our various training centres. Further, it helps in covering wider aspects of a specific work related area.
